SAFETY IS PARAMOUNT!
Installation of roll-up doors requires above-average mechanical skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions. Because we cannot verify your individual skill level, we recommend that all doors be installed by a professional.
All Sales Are Final!
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Doors are manufactured to your specific measurements; therefore, it is critical that your measurements are accurate and that you meet the necessary headroom and side room requirements as outlined in our installation instructions. Orders cannot be returned, nor refunded once placed. Roll Up Door Outlet will not accept returns on products damaged due to improper handling or installation following delivery. Manufacturer Limited Warranty
The Manufacturer warrants that every roll-up door, component, hardware, and fitting will be free of defects in workmanship and material for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
This warranty applies to doors installed in Canada and the United States that have been:
- Used for a recommended application and purpose.
- Installed and maintained in accordance with our recommendations.
This warranty does NOT apply to:
- Electric operators or accessories (refer to the specific operator manufacturer for details).
- Damage caused by misuse, excessive wear, or failure to provide necessary maintenance.
- Improper installation, handling, or unfit application.
- Prolonged storage prior to installation.
- Acts of God, extreme weather, or unfit structures.
To obtain service advice, contact info@rollupdooroutlet.com. The manufacturer will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective parts at no charge for the components. However, costs for labor, freight, removal, and installation remain the responsibility of the Buyer.
Standard Terms and Conditions
- Agreement: By submitting an order, the customer/buyer agrees to purchase goods at the listed price subject to these terms. This agreement cannot be modified without written consent from an officer of Roll Up Door Outlet.
- Payment: Full payment via e-transfer or credit card is required prior to production. The customer/buyer is responsible for all applicable taxes and permits.
- Delivery: All shipments are F.O.B. factory. Buyer must inspect merchandise upon arrival and note any damage or missing items on the bill of lading; failure to do so waives future claims. See Delivery Notice page for full delivery requirements.
- Risk of Loss: Customer/buyer understands and agrees that Roll Up Door Outlet may contract the delivery of products with an independent carrier and that carrier shall accept risk of loss All goods are in transit. Risk of loss passes to the customer/buyer upon arrival of the goods at the delivery site, prior to unloading (this risk of loss pertains to any parts of the shipment, personal injury or any other liability that may occur).
- Delays: Roll Up Door Outlet and the manufactuer are not liable for delivery delays occurring in good faith. Customer/buyer is responsible for any demurrage charges caused by requested delays or absenteeism at time of delivery. If an order is placed on hold or canceled after production has begun, the customer/buyer remains liable for the full contract price.
- Specifications: It is the customers/buyers sole responsibility to ensure that site specifications conform to local building and insurance codes.
- Warranty Limitations: Products provided under this agreement are warranted to be free from defects in materials for a period of one year from the date of shipment, and such warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing, at Roll Up Door Outlets and the manufacturers sole discretion. Products evidenced to be used outside of the recommended application and/or purpose and/or not installed or maintained in accordance to our and the manufacturers recommendations, are not privy to this warranty. By installing the product, customer/buyer has constituted acceptance of these warranty limits. Except as stated, there are no other warranties, expressed or implied.
- Liability Limitations: In no event shall Roll Up Door Outlet nor teh manufacturer be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Total liability shall never exceed the purchase price paid for the goods.
- Nonconforming Goods: Claims for shortages or nonconformity must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery. See Delivery Notice page for full delivery requirements.
- Customer/buyer understands that performance or delivery by Roll Up Door Outlet and its carriers may be delayed by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, material shortages, or government actions. In such events, Roll Up Door Outlet is excused from performance for the duration necessary to complete delivery and shall not be liable for any resulting loss of use or damages.
- Indemnification: Customer/buyer agrees to hold Roll Up Door Outlet , it's parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and all officers, directors, employees and representatives of the foregoing free and harmless harmless from any and all claims, damages, loss, liability or expenses (including legal fees) arising from negligence, improper installation, or site conditions.
- Governing Law and Venue: This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta. Any legal actions must be filed and adjudicated in the courts located in Calgary, Alberta.
